His journey began with thirteen years of dedicated service as an officer in the Canadian Armed Forces where he honed his leadership skills and developed a deep understanding of operational efficiency. 

Following his military service, Craig transitioned into the corporate sector, where he embarked on a multifaceted career that spanned a wide array of industries. His roles encompassed manufacturing, business development, global channels, marketing, sales, and GTM/Rev Ops, showcasing his versatility and adaptability.

A pivotal moment in Craig’s career occurred during his tenure at Bridgewater Systems. While managing a global channel sales program, he took on a part-time sales operations role, which ignited his passion for what has evolved into revenue operations. Recognizing his affinity for this field, Craig made a decisive career shift, focusing his expertise on driving revenue growth and operational excellence.

Since then, Craig has collaborated with numerous pre- and post-IPO companies across Canada and the United States. His experience spans the spectrum from nascent startups to established enterprises with over $200 million in revenue, demonstrating his ability to navigate diverse business landscapes and contribute to companies at various stages of growth.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Craig is a passionate foodie with a zest for culinary exploration. He delights in cooking, discovering new restaurants, and curating his collection of bourbon and wine.
